Paypal balance transfer or personal cheque/postal order-(see contact address for sending cheque/postal order)
sweet flossies do not Store any of your financial details.
Credit and debit card payments are processed via paypal /stripe secure server which is operated by a third party and sweet flossies does do not see or have any record of your card details. (We only receive notification when your payment has been approved ).
Also your address and telephone number will never be passed on or used for any purpose other than by us relating to any orders or enquires you have made at this web-site.
Your new jewellery will be packaged for posting by via Royal Mail if you are in the U.K
Jewellery will normally be dispatched within 3 working days of clearance of payment.If there is a delay for some reason, we will try contact you via e-mail.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect piece of jewellery, please accept our apologies and e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to advise the problem so that we can arrange a refund or exchange.
No callers as sweet flossies does not have a bricks and mortar shop. We only sell jewellery via the internet, but you are always welcome to order something to have a look at and return for refund if you are not happy.
Your Right To Cancel:
You can have your jewellery delivered and examine it in your home for up to 14 days. If you decide you are unhappy and wish to cancel your order within this time please return your item by Recorded Delivery with a note of your order number and details of why you do not want it or if an item has a problem.
Items must be returned in their original unworn condition, unless incorrectly delivered or a fault has developed during wear, and be returned by Recorded Delivery at the Buyers expense to the address stated.
sweet flossies reserve the right to cancel any order due to items not being available/postal areas.Upon cancellation any payments will be refunded & buyer contacted.
